六苯氧基环三磷腈泡沫硅胶阻燃特性探究Flame retardant characteristics of hexaphenoxycyclo-triphosphazene silicone foam

摘要(Abstract):
为提高泡沫硅胶阻燃性能,拓宽泡沫硅胶的应用领域,以液体硅胶为基材,含氢硅油为交联剂,六苯氧基环三磷腈(HPCTP)为阻燃剂,炔醇为抑制剂,采用硅氢加成法制备了HPCTP阻燃泡沫硅胶材料。通过极限氧指数仪、垂直燃烧仪、锥形量热仪对阻燃泡沫硅胶的阻燃性能进行了评价,结果表明HPCTP有助于提升泡沫硅胶的阻燃性能,氧指数较空白样26%提高15.4%,达到30%,垂直燃烧从V-2级提高到V-0级,点火时间从94 s延迟到525 s,延迟458.5%,总热释放量和单位质量产热率较空白试样27.26 MJ/m~2和30.5 kJ/kg,分别降低57.4%和80.2%,达到11.6 MJ/m~2和6 kJ/kg.采用TG-DTG对泡沫硅胶热稳定性进行了评价,T_(1max)和T_(2max)最大失重速率对应的温度较空白样367℃和476℃分别提高21℃和43℃,延缓了泡沫硅胶的分解。SEM研究了HPCTP对泡沫硅胶泡孔结构的影响,发现HPCTP对泡孔结构无影响,有助于改善泡孔的均一性。综上,HPCTP添加可有效改善泡沫硅胶的阻燃性能,尤其对点火时间和最大热失重分解温度有显著提高,总热释放量、单位质量产热率有较大改善。
