基于SEM的建筑工人疲劳对不安全行为影响机理Research on the impact of construction workers fatigue on unsafe behaviors based on SEM

摘要(Abstract):
建筑行业属于安全事故频发的劳动密集型产业,建筑工人在复杂环境中长时间的作业使其容易处于疲劳状态,进而影响个人做出不遵守施工规范的不安全行为。为研究建筑工人疲劳对不安全行为的影响机理,将建筑工人疲劳划分为体力疲劳、脑力疲劳与心理疲劳3个维度,并选取安全意识与班组安全氛围作为中介变量,借鉴成熟量表设计符合建筑工人群体的调查问卷,运用SPSS 22.0进行信度分析,采用Mplus 8.3对数据进行验证性因子分析,建立SEM模型并进行验证。结果表明:建筑工人疲劳的3个维度直接对不安全行为有着正向显著影响,其中体力疲劳影响程度最大,心理疲劳次之;建筑工人疲劳间接通过安全意识与班组安全氛围2个中介变量对不安全行为产生影响,其中班组安全氛围比安全意识的影响程度更大。
